And we're off! And we have early drama after Jonathan Taylor receives a short throw, gains 15 yards on the outside to the right side then fumbles … only for his center to save his bacon with the recovery. Indianapolis quickly moves into Atlanta's half.

And the excitement continues as the Indianapolis attempts a fourth-down conversion. The risk doesn't work out as the wide receiver fails to catch a quick pass from the quarterback. On the play before the turnover on downs the Falcons defender put a huge hit on tight end Mo Alie-Cox. The Falcons have come out fighting on defense as they try and snap their string of three losses. Was that a missed touchdown by Kyle Pitts? The Falcons player makes a crucial error, he was wide open but the ball just swishes through his hands. That play rather sums up the high draft pick's professional journey to date.

So far, so disappointing but it only deteriorates for the Atlanta as they cough the ball back to the Colts on the 23-yard line. The Falcons quarterback is sacked and can’t keep hold of the ball.

The quarterback recovers from the turnover by leading Atlanta on a long drive for a score of their own. Drake London makes some substantial catches to put them in the scoring area then the seas part for Tyler Allgeier to run untouched into the end zone through the heart of the field for 13 yards. The running back finishes it off for a short scoring run of his own. The Falcons take the lead.
